Our Remuneration

Fee for Service for Strategic Advisory Services, fully agreed with you upfront, explained in our Terms of Engagement and disclosed in our advice documentation.

We are generally remunerated by the insurers for Insurance Cover, or a blend with fee for service, depending on your needs.  
This means you receive personal advice from your Financial Adviser who is working for you (and not the insurer) and customised insurance cover at the same cost as going direct to the insurer and receiving only product advice from a sales representative.  Our remuneration is fully disclosed in our Statement of Advice and Financial Services Guide.

After obtaining my accounting qualifications I wanted to help my clients in a more personal way and help them to make smart financial decisions to live the life they want to live in the future.

More than ever before, clients seemed to be living in the present and not creating the wealth and structure necessary to continue with their present lifestyle. Clients appeared to spend more time planning their next holiday rather than planning their wealth that would sustain all of their future holidays and retirement goals.

Clients needed a financial educator and coach, as well as a finance expert to help them:

My financial industry experience now spans over 20 years and includes Chartered Accountancy (Price Waterhouse and Schroders Australia), Private Banking and Commercial Lending (Investec), as well as Financial Advisory services.

I was fortunate to have the rewarding and humbling experience of living overseas in Asia for several years in caring for children in orphanages. Outside of work, I usually participate in anything "ing" – swimming, golfing, walking with friends or playing with my daughter, Mia.

I am a big believer in the benefits of health, exercise and diet to help achieve our lifestyle and financial goals.

My combined skills and values from being a mum, caring for orphaned children, accounting and financial experience help my clients to feel confident in their ability to create the life they want to live.
